Refund policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a return

Email ohfoul123@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions. The business address shown on this site is not automatically a return facility, and unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind, size, or preference return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related customs charges. We recommend a tracked service. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs; after verification, Damondaily will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless applicable law requires otherwise. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items are not eligible unless defective.

Refunds

We will inspect the return and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another size or style is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved. If we made an error, contact us and we will arrange the correction.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or address change after fulfillment has started. If a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, reasonable reshipping costs may apply.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
