Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Damondaily and supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Contract

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation, subject to payment authorization and product availability. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before acceptance. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Destination import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Products

Reasonable differences in color, texture, measurements, and finishing can occur because of display settings and normal manufacturing tolerances. Size guidance is informational; please check product measurements before ordering.

Delivery, title, and risk

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Ownership and risk transfer are determined by applicable law; nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections for goods lost or damaged before delivery.

Returns and remedies

Eligible returns are governed by our Refund Policy. If goods are defective, not as described, or incorrect, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies required by applicable law.
